Unshielded - Double insulated PUR single conductor

Application

These cables are specially designed for use in energy supply chains, automated handling equipment, robots,

machine tools, processing and manufacturing machinery.

Cable Construction

Bare copper, extra fine wire conductor to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 6 and IEC 60228 cl. 6;

PVC conductor insulation flexible at low temperatures, gray;

PUR jacket;

Color black or green-yellow.

Temperature range: flexing -15°C to +80°C

Nominal voltage: acc. to VDE U0/U 600/1000 V; acc. to UL 1000 V

A.C. test voltage: 3000 V

Minimum bending radius: approx. 7,5 cable Ø

Coupling resistance: max. 250 Ohm/km

Properties 

PVC self-extinguishing and flame retardant, test method B according to VDE 0472 part 804 and IEC 60332-1
